Notes:

- I cleaned up the aud as much as I could then eq'd it to give it a brighter sound, it was originally very muddy sounding
- the aud was paused between tracks and was missing most of the tuning, these have been patched in from the sbd
- the sbd had the start of the first track and the end of the last track missing, these have been patched in from the sbd
- the aud had the whole of "Truck Drivin' Man" missing, this has been patched in from the sbd
- there were a couple of other small segments of music missing from the aud, which have been patched in from the sbd
